  • The prices quoted are suggested retail in US dollars. For US and International sales, costs are in US$.
     

  • All prices quoted are for pervasive integration, unless otherwise stated.

  • Returns from dealers are credited to their account ONLY. Returns from end users are refunded only if the package has not been opened and is returned in its original shrinkwrapping. All return values are less the original shipping costs.
     

  • Customer Care programs are a fraction of our actual costs. They are insurance policies that provide you with upgrades and PTFs for a period of one year, plus priority technical support for up to 4 hours per month. It is for support only and does not cover training or information available in the manual or on-line. Support time up to 4 hours carries a value of $750. Anything above 4 hours is billed at a discounted rate of $130/hour. Hours cannot be accumulated and carried forward. This is an insurance aspect for when you need help you get put through to a technical rep, versus waiting for an e-mail response. Customer Care plans are non refundable.
     

  • * Please note because these products are DOS based, they will no longer be upgraded with new features, or compatibility with ACCPAC Plus versions for operation. This product is now sold 'as is'. For modifications or upgrades, these are quoted separately on a per request basis. In addition, these products will not be accepted for refund, they are FINAL SALE.

  • ** Please note because ACCPAC Plus has discontinued their Purchase Order module, Job Cost to PO Link will no longer be upgraded with new features, and is now sold 'as is' .
